God Knows Everything!

He has known you and me since before we were born! George has an amazing story…

I used to be able to go to “downtown Port-au-Prince,” the capital, by myself to buy medicine for our Mobile Medical Clinics!

There were no gangs in Haiti back then. As I went to a pharmacy to buy medicines, the woman behind the counter told me about a poor mother, ready to give birth, but she wanted to give the child away! She sent me to see her…

The poor mother begged me to take her baby when it was time, and I agreed. The baby was born during “Hurricane George,” so we called him “George!”

Since he was about ten (without our knowing it), he was learning how to drive heavy equipment, etc., from some of our workers! (Hmmm!)

Today, George is not only kind but the best “heavy-duty equipment” driver we can ever have! He is also in charge of moving our containers from the Dominican Republic to here! He is married, has a beautiful baby, loves God, and has a “heart for the poor!”

We have two wonderful children of our own in the States and a whole “orphanage full” here in Haiti, who are still growing!

We are proud of George and all his “brothers and sisters!”
