Everyone meet Kristela! She is the child that every parent fears!!! Haha, but seriously!!! She literally pushes me past limits that I never thought could be pushed through! She tries me in every way! But she is without a doubt one of my favorites! She can read me like a book. She knows when I’ve had a rough day, she knows when I need that extra hug, and she talks to me when she needs advice and cries on my shoulder when she goes through her rough patches! I love her with all of me!

So the fan in my room cannot be turned off unless you have a ladder. The fan has one speed, and that speed is so fast that the fan nearly flies out of the ceiling! So last night I had enough! I was trying to sleep, and my hair was whirling around. It’s about 10:00 PM and everyone was in bed! I went and got Kristela and told her I needed to lift her up so she could turn off my fan! Without even thinking she popped up, I headed to my room, and in the meantime, I hear things being dragged down the hallway. She comes in my room, places a chair on my bed and then placed a stool on the chair that was placed on my bed. She climbs up and pulls the switch like it was nothing! In the meantime, I come around the corner to find her like this and almost have a heart attack! This is life at the children’s home, and I love it! Again, everyone meet Kristela! Kaeli
