It is a dark, gloomy day here. Normally, by this time of morning, the hot Haitian sun is lighting up all of Love A Child. But today, tropical storm Melissa is churning not too far from here. The weather might be bad, but we are operational!

The clinic is still ministering to the sick. Our schools are still educating Young minds. Our Malnutrition Center is still nursing lives back to health. And rain or shine, storm or calm, our birthing center is still cranking out the babies.

Thank you for supporting this ministry. Thank you for helping us to stand. On difficult days like this, we rely on your prayers and your support. Know this, on this dark day in Haiti, with the clouds of the storm blocking out the Sun, Love A Child is still lighting up the area with the love of Jesus. We are committed to standing here. We are committed to helping these people.
