This little sweetie is Mika. We found her in the village of Madamn Bauje several years ago. She was just sitting in the dirt with pigs looking for any scrap of food nearby. Mika was so tiny and undernourished that we thought she was about nine months old, but she was already two-years-old. This sad little girl broke our hearts and we knew that we could not leave her there. Mika’s stepmother did not want her and she was happy to let us take her back to the orphanage. All the older children at the orphanage welcomed her with lots of hugs and kisses and she began eating three nourishing meals each day. Now, Mika is healthy, bright-eyed and full of life! She loves going to school and playing with her brothers and sisters. Thank you partners for changing Mika’s life. We can’t wait to see how the Lord will use her. God bless you. Bobby and Sherry
