This little cutie is Mika Burnette. We found her in the village of Madamn Bauje years ago. When we first saw her we thought she was about nine-months-old, but we later found out that she was two-years-old. She was severely malnourished and unable to walk. Her elderly grandmother was trying to care for her, but her stepmother didn’t want Mika around. This poor little girl was sitting in the dirt next to pigs. She would have died if we had left her in the village, but we brought her to our Love A Child Orphanage, fed her and gave her lots of love. Today she is a strong and healthy little girl who is very outgoing and smiles all the time. God bless our partners for changing another life in Haiti. Bobby and Sherry
