Mikalange… What a hard-working young lady! Mikalange is a twin! She and her sister are “north and south!” This is the “serious twin!” She hasn’t pulled too many jokes on people because she always has her “head,” in the books!

Both twins are miracles! They came from the mountains of Haiti, far away. It is so sad that many, many mothers die during childbirth or immediately after. A newborn needs milk, and unless the father can find a “nursing mother,” the baby or babies will die. Mikalange is now 16! She loves to cook, but her eyes are still set on becoming a dentist. (These thoughts will change because the gangs are between us and the dental college!) In the meantime, she enjoys cooking with her sisters and giving her brothers a rough time in soccer! Ha! We love this “sweetie!”
