“Miracle Water.”

This is a Miracle Story! Pastor Claude, a dear friend of ours for many years, has begun to build a new orphanage on land not far from us in Fond Parisien. After months of hard work clearing the land, he needed to drill a well. The funds were donated to Love A Child, by our friends Pastor Elaine Britt and the Academy Cathedral in Inglewood, California. The funds were given in memory of Pastor Doyle Hart, Senior Pastor, who has gone to be with the Lord.

The first well was drilled by Blue Ridge Well Drillers, and the well drillers went down 400 feet, but there was no water. Pastor Claude asked them to “drill another well,” on the land in the very back. They went down 500 feet but just hit a tiny trickle of water, not enough to bring out of the ground. Everyone was so sad, including the well drillers. They had told Pastor Claude they already knew that there was no water in this area but wanted to give it a try. Bobby was there with them for the first two drills but had to leave to join our Mobile Medical Clinic Team in the mountains of Savaan Pit. He went away sad…

That night, Pastor Claude “had a dream!” In the dream, the Lord told him “where to drill another well.” But, Blue Ridge never comes back the third time to drill wells in the same area. They understand the land, and the terrain in Haiti and the well drilling equipment is expensive. When Pastor Claude asked them to come back and drill in another area, they did not want to, but Pastor Claude insisted that “he had a dream from God,” and they had to come back…” and he added, “Don’t worry, Pastor Bobby will pay for it!” (That’s faith!)

Even though everything was “against drilling in this area of the land,” the well drillers agreed, because of Pastor Claude’s faith in his dream. God told Pastor Claude, “Just as I caused water to come out of the rock, water will come out of that well. And just as I caused the Red Sea to open, I will cause water to come out of the well.”

All of a sudden, they hit a gusher! They hit the “mother lode of water!!” Now, Pastor Claude has plenty of water and water to share with others!! In your life, don’t be discouraged. Maybe you have been “drilling for water” for many years and have not hit “pay-dirt.” Nothing. But, don’t be discouraged, keep on believing… keep on praying… keep on drilling! You’re about to hit “the mother lode!” Bobby and Sherry
