You may remember this little guy. His name is Moses, and he lives in our orphanage. He had a “rough start” in the beginning of his life. His mother gave birth to him in an outhouse and dropped him down into the filth, leaving him to die! An older Haitian man heard his faint cry, broke up the wooden toilet, tied a rope around his waist and went “down” to retrieve him out of all the filth. He was malnourished and near death when he was sent to us. Today, we all think Moses Burnette may one day be the President of Haiti! Thank you all for saving Moses.
