This is Mr. Pierre. He and his entire extended family of 17 people lived in the garbage dump. We brought them food, and our partners sponsored two houses for them. But Mr. Pierre has not been to church because he had no shoes! Haitians will not go to church in sandals or cut-offs… this is their culture.
