On that “very hot day,” in the village of Old Letant, Haiti, God was about to do another supernatural thing. He was going to change the life of this little boy and “lift up the beggar from the dunghill.” We had a team from “Feed My Starving Children,” with us. These are the people who give us food each month.

I saw a woman, Nelson’s mother, pick up this “two-year-old” by one arm and drop the naked child on the ground next to a hog… no water, no shade, no food, and no love! She placed him in the heat of the sun, with no clothes, no water, and no hope. The story is long, but to shorten it, I picked up the naked child, who wrapped his arms around my neck, and went to his mother and I said, “I can take him home and he will walk one day.”

God gave Nelson a miracle! He began to walk, talk, run, and play. All this child needed was love. Today, Nelson is 13, in 7th grade, and wants to be a mechanic! Let God use your life, to save another. Thank you, and God bless you.
