The Poul Mirak Co-op continues to be a success. A new batch of chicks just arrived and will be ready for the market in six weeks. It is a one-of-a-kind co-op project that is proving to be successful helping Haitians to help themselves. We thank David Balsbaugh for doing such a great job overseeing this sustainability project.
