The dangerous and violent gangs have forced people to flee their homes and run to the impoverished mountains of Haiti hoping for safety. Living in these desolate areas, that are already short on resources and unable to sell goods because of the gangs, families are growing desperate. Children are forced to stay strong through the pains of hunger, while sickness and starvation wreak havoc on their tiny bodies. People risk their lives trying to deliver food to these needy people, and it’s worth it; together we distribute more than food, we also provide them with hope, courage, and faith!
