I can remember it like it was yesterday. We were called to the front gate because someone had left a toddler to die. This tiny child had been beaten and had stripe marks all over his body. He had abrasions, “hardly any hair,” and “bite marks” all over him. We brought him to our Clinic, and he was “scared to death!”

There was no way of locating his parents, and after all, we could never send him back to be tortured by the same “Voodoo” parents!

It took a long time for him to trust anyone!! But “love” is a powerful force!

Now, little Noah is strong and tough and resembles a little “football player!” He is now eight and in 3rd grade!! He has no memory of his bad times but just day-to-day life in an orphanage full of love! He thinks about his future and knows that the Lord spared his life!!

We all love “Noah!”
