This picture was taken at 4:38 AM at the Dominican Republic Airport. We will land tomorrow morning at 7:15 AM in Rome. We are on our way to Florence’s college graduation in Rome, Italy. Many of you remember Florence from when she was a baby. We took in Florence and her three siblings when her mother died and her father could not care for her and her siblings.

She received a partial scholarship to a college in Italy. She specialized in Radiology. We are so proud of her. Her sister recently passed away and there was no one to go to her graduation. We are so proud of Florence, and so blessed that God has kept us alive from all the danger in Haiti so that we could be with her. We are family! She will be looking for a job in the States, or perhaps Canada.

We want to thank all of our partners and friends who helped sponsor her, and special thanks to Rad and Sandra Hazelip, from Love A Child, for all their help and guidance with Florence. We will be returning this week to Haiti.
