Her family had given her a long name but we shortened it to Ginyia. Her mother died during a “C-Section,” and her father traveled to the Dominican Republic and never came back. She was raised at first by her 17-year-old cousin. But when she could no longer care for Ginyia, she took the little one to Social Services, who called us. Ginyia is very bright and she is in 4th grade. She loves dolls, jump rope, fingernail polish, and being a part of the Praise Dance Team! She wants to be a nurse, and with your help, she will be a good one!
