All of our children in our orphanage have a story. Esther and her sister Widlene arrived at the front gate of our home in the mountains of Haiti many years ago. Their mother, Madamn Jesula, was dying and her request was, “when I die, please take care of my children.” We soon found out that Esther’s mother, Madamn Jesula, was anemic, malnourished, and dying. We paid her hospital bills, gave her a job and have raised her two children here at our orphanage. The other children are Sandraline, Job and Moses, who wants to be President of Haiti some day!
