Lovely… One of her parents died and one developed a disease that brought death. We know a lady who sold “Haitian handmade” items and everyone called her “Madamn Cheap-Cheap!” One day, Madamn Cheap-Cheap told me about a baby whose parents had abandoned her on the street, leaving the baby with a disease. That baby was “Lovely.” We took her in!

Even though she had major health problems Lovely always believed that the Lord would heal her. After High School, she decided to study law to help the poor. She will soon be in her second year. She is learning how to represent her case and defend her client. She has a long way to go… but she is determined! Lovely is humble, kind, sweet, and caring… and we are so proud of her!
