She and her brother, Joseph, were brought to us all the way from the high mountains of Covant, Haiti. (The real name of the village is Bel Fontaine.) They both had severe Kwashiorkor malnutrition, caused by eating the wrong kinds of food. They were in horrible condition, and they would have died.

Today, Joseph is learning mechanics and Sarah has almost finished college as a beauty expert in hair and nails. She can do those “long, hair weaves faster than anyone!” Soon, hopefully, she will have her own salon at Maché Mirak! Thank you partners for your prayers and support!
