This is Johnny and his mother. They both live in Phase One of Miracle Village. Johnny is about 25 and was blinded when blocks fell on him during the earthquake, crushing his head and blinding him in both eyes. We have sent him to several doctors and they give him no hope. But Johnny has GREAT FAITH IN GOD, a very, very positive disposition, lots of laughter, and he is just amazing! He still believes God will heal him. Johnny has a great talent for “rhythm.” He plays “his pencils” as drums while sitting in church. We want to get him a nice drum set to let him play for Jesus! If anyone is interested in sponsoring a nice drum set for Johnny, please call our Fort Myers, Florida office at 239-210-6107 and ask to speak to Rad! God bless you, Sherry
Feeding the poor: 5-23-2015 9:00 AM
We love feeding poor children here in Haiti, because they are eating dirt and mud in many areas throughout the country. God blesses those who bless the poor. Each month we have many organizations that come to us for food. Many missionaries, like Sherri Fausey, depend on this food for their school children. Thank you, partners, for making a difference in the lives of hungry children in Haiti. Bobby & Sherry
Word from the Mission Field: 5-23-2015 6:30 AM
Today is Sherry’s birthday!! I woke up in the middle of the night thinking, I almost forgot today was her birthday. She is not getting older, but better! I met Sherry under an old Gospel tent in Orlando, Florida when she had just turned 17-years-old. “This is the day which the Lord hath made, we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24 – Bobby

Another Update on Baby Elijah: 5-22-2015 1:30 PM
Elijah was left to die at the front gate of our Love A Child Orphanage about a year ago. But God had a plan for Elijah! Under the amazing care of Richard W. Hotes, the Hotes Foundation team, and his absolutely wonderful host family, this little guy is doing very well. He continues to grow into a healthy baby boy. Our biggest surprise is that he no longer needs to wear glasses! His vision has improved remarkably since January and the doctors actually said his movement tracking is “perfect.” We first thought that he was blind and deaf. What a blessing!! He now has 5 teeth with two more starting to come in. He is a “miracle baby!” Thank you and God bless all those that have been part of this miracle baby’s journey. A special thank you to Richard W. Hotes, the Hotes Foundation team, his wonderful host family, and most of all, to God! Bobby and Sherry

Word from the Mission Field – 05-22-15
“To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you…” 2 Corinthians 10:16 – This morning, we are leaving for the mountain village of Peyi Pouri. We will be meeting the village people at the base of the mountain with building supplies for their new church. A group of around 200 Haitians will carry the building materials on their heads and donkeys up the mountain. Today the Lord may not send you to the top of a dangerous mountain, but He may send you to your next-door neighbor to witness for Him. Love is something you do. Bobby and Sherry
Lost communication in Haiti: 5-21-2015 3:00 PM
Bobby and Sherry have temporarily lost their Internet connection in Haiti. They were able to call the office here in Florida to let us know that their online communication to the rest of the world has been cut-off in Haiti. They will hopefully get back online later today, and they will update us on the latest news from Love A Child. Technology and connectivity can be such a big problem in Haiti.
Sharing our Food with the Poor: 5-21-2015 8:15 AM
By taking food and later medical care to poor villages, we can share the Gospel more effectively. In this village, all the people and children eat dirt and mud cookies; no one has ever brought them food. There is no church or school here in this area. “What can God do, if He has a vessel that is open to His voice?” Thank you partners for allowing us to serve the poor. Bobby and Sherry
David George sponsoring several churches: 5-20-2015 3:30 PM
David George returned late from Cuba at 1:30 AM. This morning he left to check on our first Love A Child Church that is under construction in the Dominican Republic. God bless Pastor Carmela and her wonderful Youth Outreach Program in this poor area. Friday morning at 5:00 AM, Sherry and Pastor Claude and I will be meeting 200 people at the base of Peyi Pouri Mountain. They will need to carry on their heads all the construction material for the new church we are building there. Thank you David George and your friends for sponsoring this church. David will be back here again on Tuesday. David is on fire for the Lord! Bobby
