We are all tired after a long day of food distributions, dust, heat, and lots of hungry children and families. Mark Crea, Executive Director/CEO of Feed My Starving Children, brought a team to Haiti this week so they could help and see in person the importance of food distributions. Feed My Starving Children donates food to us each month, and we share it with many remote mountain villages here. There were huge crowds waiting patiently at three remote villages, and everyone received a supply of food and each little child left with a “belly full of food.” Thank you! Sherry

Word from the Mission Field – 09-10-14
We make decisions each day of our lives. It is very important to pray about making the right decision. An old and wise man of God told me a long time ago, “The decision you make today will affect your future tomorrow.” I know some of you are in the valley of making an important decision in your life today. “So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding…” Proverbs 2:2 – Bobby

If you feel that God has called you to a foreign land as a missionary, then pray about coming to our Missionary Training Center in the “Regions Beyond” of Haiti in May 2015. You will learn all aspects of missionary life and prepare yourself to work in the missionary field. Bobby and I can offer you over 30 years of experience gained in the mission field. You cannot experience this knowledge from any book. You will learn how to: conduct crusades, setup and operate an orphanage, conduct mobile medical clinics in hard-to-reach places, carry out feeding programs that are instrumental for winning souls, plant and grow successful churches, raise your financial support, learn to speak successfully in churches and so much more. For more information, see Sherry’s Journal, or call 239-210-6107 today. Sherry

We will be sharing our food with 63 other missionary organizations and schools who feed hungry children all across Haiti. We usually share 653,184 meals a month with them, but today, we are doubling this to 1,306,368 meals. Many areas of Haiti, especially in the mountains, do not have crops growing due to the lack of rain. The result is starving animals and children who are hungry. We are so thankful to Feed My Starving Children who donated the food, and to all those who partner with us, to get this food to Haiti. Blessings, Sherry

“For many are called, but few are chosen.” Matthew 22:14 – Many are called to do things for the Lord, and some are called to be missionaries. Are we willing to sacrifice and take up His cross and follow Jesus all the way? To be chosen by the Lord is a great honor. Bobby and Sherry
Update on Baby Elijah: 9-8-2014 4:30 PM
Baby Elijah has just arrived home from the hospital. His head is now concave because the shunt has drained much of the fluid from his head, but he is looking better. He also has swollen testicles so Dr. Mardy is on his way here now to see him. Elijah will need to return for another surgery on his navel. Thank you for all your prayers, Sherry
