This morning, Steven from the Betonex Concrete Company flew his helicopter out to see the construction of our future Marketplace. We have bought tons of concrete from his company, and are pouring ten large concrete foundation slabs for our huge new buildings. This marketplace will be a great place for many Haitians to sell their goods. Steven could not believe all that we are doing for our Haitian brothers and sisters – without making any money for ourselves. There are greater rewards in life than money. Bobby

Cornelius was “A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people…” The Lord told him, “Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.”  Acts 10:2 and 4 – The word alms means giving to the poor. The Lord will remember you and me for giving to the poor. Bobby

Everyone is so excited about this project that will create countless jobs and “Food for Life.” Most importantly, it will give many poor Haitians “dignity.” May God bless all of our partners! “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” Matthew 25:40 – When we feed a hungry child or a hungry stranger, we could really be feeding Jesus and not realize it. God bless this precious child from Hope for Life Children’s Home. It is just one of the many organizations that we share our food with each month. Sherry

“For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.” Deuteronomy 15:11 – This is a command from the Lord to help our poor and needy brothers. Joel Trimble and Bobby Burnette are in front of our Love A Child six-wheel drive outback equipment. Tomorrow, Joel and Yvonne Trimble will be traveling to Mole Saint Nicolas in the Northwestern area of Haiti. They will spend the weekend there to evangelize and show a wonderful film. This is a very rough and dangerous driving area. We are partnering with them to win souls and bless children. Look for pictures and a report later this week. Please pray that many souls will come to Christ. Bobby

Our children here at our Love A Child Orphanage work hard packing clothing, shoes, and food for the poor. This week, they have been putting red beans into 5 lb. sacks for distribution to poor families in Haiti. These wonderful beans came from our friend Ken Lautenbach, Sr. from Hope Development. THIS IS A HUGE BLESSING FOR THE POOR IN HAITI! Ken, we can’t thank you enough! Bobby, Sherry and Staff
