We have known Pastor Claude for many years. He is a great man of God; humble, sweet, and loves children. He had an orphanage in Leogane, Haiti, and one in LaTramble, Haiti.

Years ago, he came to us with the deed to the huge piece of land where his orphanage is now. We told him we did not want to take this land, but he insisted. God said, “This is Pastor Claude’s land for the future.”

As time went by, his orphanage in Leogane became a dangerous place, due to flooding; and his orphanage in LaTramble was in an unsafe area due to gangs. We told Pastor Claude… “God wants you here in Fond Parisien! We have your land papers, and we never signed them!”

We helped Pastor Claude build his orphanage on “his beautiful land,” that God had saved for him!

Today, we took some of our older girls to visit with his children! It was a great day of joy!

P.S. Pastor Claude’s oldest boy “had eyes on Fabienne!” We were about to get her “married off,” like they did in Bible days! Pastor Claude had been saving wedding gowns we had given him a long time ago!

He pulled one out to let “Fabienne” know everything was ready for marriage… until Fabienne yelled out, “I can’t cook!” Ha! Saved by the bell!
