Today, we had visitors from Georgia: Mike and Becky Welch, as well as Larry and their friends. We drove up to visit our Love A Child School in Lastik. Then, we went to visit our Chicken Training School at Poul Mirak. Our crew of Haitian workers is now training others how to have a successful chicken business. This young man with the “chicken and the smile” is about 14-years-old. He got a little behind the first day, falling asleep in class, but he picked up speed on day two!! He is doing great! When they finish their course, these students will know how to buy and raise big, white chickens to sell and make a living. Raising chickens is one of our Sustainability Projects, teaching Haitians to help themselves. Tomorrow, we will have some photos from Lastik! God bless you. Sherry
