Today, our driver, Philemond, is headed back from the Dominican Republic with Jasson. For those of you who don’t know Jasson, he is the little boy we found during a Mobile Medical Clinic in the mountains of Savann Pit, years ago. He had severe Kwashiorkor Malnutrition, which brought on kidney damage. He has been back and forth to doctors here in Haiti and in the Dominican Republic.

This past week, Philemond took Jasson to the Dominican Republic where they met Jesse Ostrander. Jasson had many appointments, blood tests, etc. to get him ready for dialysis. This weekend, Philemond will be taking Jasson and two of our nurses, Jovanie and Phanise, back to the Dominican Republic to meet with Jesse, and they will learn the dialysis machine while Jasson is having his treatments. After three weeks, they will come back here to Haiti to our Love A Child Children’s Home, where Jasson will have dialysis every night until God gives a better plan. We are hoping that Jasson will be healed or be able to become a kidney recipient. We ask your prayers for “God’s best” for Jasson.
