Rodna’s life was complicated… Her mother died, and we took Rodna in to live with us. Her father had to borrow money for the funeral. When her father could not pay the man he borrowed the money from, he kidnapped her brothers and sisters and held them hostage. We paid money to get them back, but the man never returned the children. We don’t know what happened…

Rodna came to us with malnutrition! We took care of her, and she became well!

She is now 13 and in 8th grade. She loves to clean!!

But she also loves “jump rope!”

For now, she wants to be a professional cook! We will see!
