Rodna is a sweet and “mostly quiet” teen girl. Her mother died when she was born, so her father had to borrow money for the funeral. But, it got worse… the man her father borrowed money from “kidnapped” all the children and held them hostage, until he could find the money to pay him back! The children were finally returned, and when Rodna’s father brought her to our orphanage, she had severe malnutrition. She is growing up now, a young teen, and wants to be a nurse someday! We all love Rodna!
