Sweet little Rodna is “all girl,” but she can sure make the basket!! She rarely misses! Rodna’s mother died when she was young. Her father had to borrow the money for his wife’s funeral, but, when he couldn’t pay, the evil man took all his children for ransom! He made them work! Rodna’s father became so depressed he couldn’t work. When our Haitian worker heard, we paid the ransom and got the children back. By then, Rodna was malnourished so we took her in.

Rodna is doing well now. She is “all girl,” and loves to sing in the children’s church service at night. She helps in the kitchen and loves to cook!!! Her dream is to be a nurse, but we will wait and see… Until then, she is in great demand, because, “she makes the baskets!”
