This is one of our older orphans named Sarah. She has been with us since she was very young. Sarah’s mother died and her father abandoned her and her brother, Joseph. When Sarah first came to the orphanage, she was sickly and suffering from Kwashiorkor malnutrition. We didn’t think she would live, but God has a plan for this young lady.
