As you look at the picture of Sarah (when we first got her), it is almost “unbelievable” that she didn’t die. Sarah and her brother, Joseph, both had Kwashiorkor Malnutrition. A poor Haitian Pastor had brought them down to us from “high up in the mountains of Covant!” It was “touch and go” to save her life, but she made it!

Sarah graduated from Beauty College here in Haiti. She is the fastest at “braiding hair,” and she is very good at nails. If we had not taken her in, she would have died a long time ago. Thanks to all our partners who have helped us through the years. We love you all!
