As Sarah grew up, she knew she wanted to be a beautician and manicurist. She had just finished and graduated from her first year, and was going on to another year, when the gangs began shooting in front of the kids’ apartment building. (We had 24 kids in college sharing two apartments.) We had to send a truck and take the rest of the kids out safely, so we could bring them here to Love A Child.

Sarah can do the fastest wigs, weaving, and is the best at those long fancy nails that the ladies love! But she also volunteers in our clinic during her spare time. We love her and we are so proud of her! She looks forward to going back to college soon!!
