A Great Need:  Many of you may remember Joel Estime, a witch doctor that we won to the Lord many years ago. He became a devout Christian, and this is his son Nelson. He was badly injured in a horrible accident several years ago where his leg was crushed between a truck and a tap-tap, nearly ripping his leg off. We have been trying to save Nelson’s leg through several surgeries, one of which was sponsored by one of our partners.  He is due for another surgery, which will cost about $3,000. This covers surgical and operating room fees, his hospital stay, blood, medicines, food and transportation, all of which must be purchased ahead of the surgery. Joel has “gone on to be with the Lord,” but we wanted to save his son’s leg in his honor.
