Each month, Love A Child shares food with 73 other missionary organizations, orphanages, and children’s outreach programs here in Haiti. It takes us two “forty-foot containers” of food donated by Feed My Starving Children to do this. Each container costs $10,000 to bring from the States first by truck to Miami, then across the ocean to Haiti, and finally through all the “red tape” of getting it released from Haiti’s Customs to bring it out here to Fond Parisian. We must have a total of eight containers each month to feed all our villages, schools, our malnutrition center and our orphanage. These photos are from Hope for Life Children’s Home.
