The Lord wants His children to always “have mercy on the poor.” We are here in Haiti and it is so hard “not to be angry at the rich.” They are the same as the story that Jesus told about the “rich man” and “Lazarus!” They will not “feed the hungry,” nor even look at the poor! The Bible tells us, “Be that despiseth his neighbor sinneth: but he that hath mercy on the poor, happy is he.” – Prov. 14:21

When you help feed hungry children in Haiti, or across your neighborhood, or any place where they are hungry… you please the Lord and He blesses you back even more! The Haitians say, “He that shares his food, will never eat alone.” Always remember to share and God will bless you!
