Sundays are always such nice days around here!

Everyone wakes up and gets all dolled up for church. You usually hear the children singing downstairs before they make their way there. It’s just a nice and calm day!

In the evenings after church is finished and they have eaten lunch, they usually spend their time preparing for the upcoming school week. You find the girls getting their hair braided all nice. You pass by the laundry room, and everyone is making sure their uniform is ironed to the crisp, and then you find the boys outside polishing their shoes! Everyone has their routine!

It is always so touching to me to see the pride they take into going to school! It is a privilege here in Haiti and they do not take it for granted! Here are some pictures of how our Sunday afternoons are around our Love A Child Orphanage!
