This morning, our box truck full of supplies was headed to our friend Joan Conn of the Restavek Foundation in Port Salute. Plans were changed to consolidate our shipment with others, so that private security could be hired to accompany the largest truck full of supplies to this disaster area. We pray that everything reaches the poor with no problems. This private security (with guns) was hired by some of our friends. If not for this help, the trucks might never reach the people. It is a shame that missionaries must hire “private security with guns” to protect cargo headed for the suffering people of Haiti. Where is the UN, and what are they doing to help?  Sherry
