To all our Dearest Friends,

I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all the sweet, kind, and wonderful things you have said and the birthday wishes! This was a “great blessing” to me and such a wonderful thing for you to do. Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and those “Birthday Wishes!!”

It rained really hard here in Texas, so we couldn’t make the rodeo… but there is always “next year!” We are with family in Canyon Lake, Texas. God blessed us to be able to spend my birthday with our son, Jonathan, from California, and Julie, our daughter, here in Texas, and son-in-law, Dave! Family is the most important gift from God there is! God has richly blessed us with our own children, and also with a big “Haitian family” who have been texting and calling me and driving me crazy!! Ha!

I have been extremely blessed to have had a devout, Christian mother (who is with Jesus), a father who “received Jesus just before he died,” and I am truly blessed!! Thank you again for all your precious emails, phone calls, and texts!! Bobby and I love you all “so much!” Thank you again for “my best birthday yesterday!”

Bobby wrote a post on Thursday about our travel plans. After spending so much time in Haiti, it was so good to get to see our daughter, Julie, son-in-law, Dave, and son, Jonathan (His wife and our grandsons are in China, for a visit!)

Thank you, everyone, for your prayers, your love, and your kind birthday wishes… these “priceless gifts” were received with love!
