Yum! Good food, Madam Vela and Alfred!

We have about 170 Haitian workers at our compound in Fond Parisian. We feed them hot meals every day at no charge. We have three cooks, and they know how to cook!! Thank you, Richard Hotes, of the Hotes Foundation for donating the mobile kitchen named “Big Red”.

The cooks start around 4 a.m. each day. We love you! By the way, we brought Madam Vela and her family from the garbage dump, where they were living, and built them a new house. Thank you, partners. Love is something you do!
