These little darling children, Mona and Micheline, have never been to school. They have never had “three meals a day,” and many days, they have not had “one meal.”

They live far in a mountain province, in a poor village deep in the mountains of Haiti. The majority of the women in this village do not have husbands because they went to the Dominican Republic and “never came back!”

We will be going to the mountains tomorrow to do a food distribution and to cook food for the children in this village. It all starts with “one” box of food. None of us can do “everything,” but all of us can do “something.”
