Need a manicure or pedicure? Here, we have two of our sweet older Love A Child girls, Dimelia and Fabienne. Dimelia is giving Fabienne a “pedicure!” These two young ladies have been with us since they were about “three and four.” Dimelia suffered severe burns when she was very small, falling into a pot of boiling water. She has spent many trips back and forth to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Boston. She lacks one more surgery. She is currently taking a college course online from a medical college in Italy. She is up many nights until 2:30 a.m. studying and doing her work!

Fabienne is in dental college. This is her third year. The “mantle” for this fell upon her when she began to assist volunteer dental teams in Haiti. She is shy, but so sweet and helpful! These children love the Lord, and they are tightly bonded together as “brothers and sisters” in one big family! What a great calling God has given us here in Haiti to be the parents of a large, happy Haitian family!
