Sherry and I are in America this week, returning to Haiti through the “backdoor” (Santo Domingo) within the next four or five days. We can’t say the specific day because of security reasons. As most of you know or have seen on the news, Haiti is at a level 4 (the highest level of danger) and they have asked non-essential American citizens to leave Haiti as of last Thursday. We will be fine as our area in Fond Parisien is safe. The gangs are ten miles up the road trying to break through Gantheir to take the community, Fond Parisien, and the border. The police are doing a great job holding them back now for one year.

We must be with our 85 orphan children, helping to keep all the projects and operations on track. The Birthing Center, Jesus Healing Center, and Malnutrition Clinic are open and going full steam ahead, sharing the love of God in the midst of chaos. Mark Ostrander is there right now working and overseeing five building projects at Love A Child.

We are preparing that volunteer teams to start coming again! As you know, or have seen on the news, Kenya may head up troops or a police force, along with other countries, to come down to Haiti and help free the helpless Haitians from the gangs who have taken over thousands of houses where thousands have fled their homes.

We are claiming Haiti for Christ! Please pray…
