Yesterday, Sherry, Kaeli, Philemon, and Joker and I all left for the Dominican Republic. Maybe some of you do not know that the country of the Dominican Republic is on the same island as Haiti. They are as different as night and day! Some of you also may not know that we also work in the Dominican Republic helping the Dominicans and the Haitians that are here. We are here to start a project building a house for a poor Haitian family. Then, on Thursday for Thanksgiving, we are planning to pass out food in the “Bateyes,” which are the sugarcane fields. The Haitians who work in the Bateyes are very poor and overlooked. Our son and his family fly in today into Santo Domingo, and we will be meeting them. We are going to spend time together here for Thanksgiving as a family! Julie, our daughter, cannot make it due to minor surgery. Today, at 2:00 PM be looking for our Latest News Post on our website and Facebook about “miracle water” for Pastor Claude and his orphanage! This well will also provide water for the surrounding villages! Bobby
