An update from Barbara MacMannis, our missionary and Medical Director of the Jesus Healing Center:
Dr. Cairns ordered blood work to test Shalken’s kidney function because he might start him on steroids. The medical professionals cultured all the wounds so there are no infections. Shalken had a chest x-ray and will have a body scan to check for the possibility of tumors inside his body. Dr. Cairns will also do a biopsy of one of the tumors. What a great doctor!
