Yesterday, Alvin Jonsley underwent a ten-hour surgery for the removal of a tumor on his brain, which pushed the eye out of its socket. He will need one more surgery in a week because the tumor was larger than originally thought, but even though he lost the sight of his eye, the plastic surgeon was able to push it back into the socket so that it will serve as a “prosthetic eye.” Please continue to pray for Alvin for his last surgery, and thanks again to those friends and partners for covering the cost of tickets for Alvin and his mother to the States.
