This young boy is Jacob Jean. Soon after he was born in Bois Monquette, his mother passed away. His father was unable to care for him, as there were too many children to feed. He does not know how many siblings he has, or where they are. He was brought to our Love A Child Children’s Home around the age of one. This poor boy was so malnourished when he arrived at our children’s home; he was so thin, we started feeding him three times a day, hot, nourishing food, and look how he has grown. He’s a very happy boy that loves to play with trucks and riding toys. He loves going to church, and he is doing well in school and loves playing with all of his Love A Child brothers and sisters.
