Most of you remember Colin. He is the little boy from this area who stuck his hand into the “nearly empty” cooking pot to get a handful of food. This made his father, a man of Voodoo, very angry. There were other children from his “stepmother” that usually got fed first. His father, a devil, grabbed Colin and dragged him over to the hot charcoal fire and held his hand in the hot coals. He was brought to us in very bad condition. The Department of Social Services has since granted us custody of Colin, due to his father’s criminal act. He has gone through lots of medical care, love, and food, and he can eat “all he wants” now.
