She was just a cute shy baby girl, only a year old, when her mother died leaving four children with a father to raise all by himself. We took in all four children. Florence has loved “physical therapy” since she worked with the rehabilitation workers after the earthquake. The “mantle” fell upon her, and she inherited the “gift.” She applied for a scholarship to a medical university in Italy and left about a year ago. They have all been under quarantine, but her college is doing some online teaching. She has to take one year of radiology and then she starts physical therapy next fall.

Florence has always been a sweet, giggly, and funny girl who loves to sing for the Lord. She has a lot of patience, but she misses her “mom, dad,” brothers, and sisters here in Haiti. Florence will be the “best physical therapist” ever! Oh, how we love her! We are so proud of her! Sherry
