This darling young boy was abandoned in the weeds in front of the Love A Child gate nine months ago. We sent him to our Jesus Healing Center. He was about 11-months-old and only weighed a little over 4.5 pounds! The doctor referred him to L’hopital de Nos Petite Frères et Soeurs for children. He was there for two weeks, and then Bien Social (Social Services) released him to us. He is doing so much better. He can drink milk and eat “Haitian liquid foods” without vomiting. We call him Joshua Burnette! He will now have to go back twice a week for physical therapy for his legs. We are doing a lot of physical therapy just to get him to be able to sit and crawl, but today “Joshua” is doing well, gaining weight, laughing, eating, sitting and trying to stand.
