When I first saw Mackenson at one of our remote Mobile Clinics, I broke down and cried. He suffered from Kwashiorkor Malnutrition so badly that his legs and arms were splitting open. When I saw him in his father’s arms, I thought he was about “two,” and then I found out that he was seven-years-old. Mackenson was brought to our Love A Child Orphanage and received love, care and good food. I wish that you, our partners, could understand what a great thing you have done by saving this child’s life. He is happy, healthy and doing very well in school.
