This sweet young girl is Mika. She and her identical twin sister Mikalange were born in the remote mountain village of Covant. Their mother Mercilia died shortly after their birth and their father St. Cappe tried to care for them, but he wasn’t able to find work and had no money for food. Mikalange and her sister were very sick from malnutrition by the time their father brought both girls to our children’s home. The before photo shows Mika and her twin sister Mikalange with Bobby holding their tiny bodies. Mika and her sister have been at our Love A Child Children’s Home since they were babies. Mika is a very happy girl who loves to go to school and play with her sisters and brothers. Mika likes to wear her best clothes to church.
