Everyone is working together today to have Poul Mirak in tip-top shape for continued success with their new businesses. They cleaned the feeders and water tanks from the two chicken coops after they sold all their chickens. The guys with the chickens in their hands sold their entire flock in preparation for the big Haitian meal this weekend. The co-op is doing really well and the community now depends on this new business to provide healthy, tasty chickens every week. We also installed new restraints for the shades so that they won’t flop around as much, and this will help keep the chickens cool. Bobby and Sherry
